Job Description:
Must have 5 + years past experience of managing projects 1 to 5 million dollars
MUST HAVE THE BELOW TRAITS:
-Highly detail oriented
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Past Lead Superintendent Experience
-Ability to be main liaison between owner, architect & PM
-Excel, word and email capabilities
-Excellent customer service
-Positive attitude
-Able to meet schedules and run crews efficiently
-Basic knowledge of all 16 divisions of construction
-High level ability to understand and read blueprints
-Must live within 60 miles of Greenville, SC
-Benefits included (health, vision, dental and life)
-Must be willing to have background check performed
-Compensation dependent on experience
