This month Cely has mobilized and begun an exciting new project for Renewable Water in Greenville. We have begun the revitalization of an original historic Sewage Works Building located at ReWa’s Mauldin Road facility. Take a look at the gorgeous renderings of the final product. The project consists of upfit and restoration of a nearly 100 year old former sewer treatment building into new office and meeting space. The scope includes demolition of existing structures and former process areas, replacement of existing windows, a completely re-designed interior to preserve the buildings historic industrial character while also meeting the current needs of ReWa.
