Palms at Brushy Creek
A 9,000 SF retail and restaurant strip center near Brushy Creek and Suber Roads in Greer. The developer’s goal is to create an environmentally conscious, modern project for the community. The first of its concept in the upstate space will include a farm-to-table cuisine from a James Beard Award-nominated chef, coffee shop, laundry lounge, gym, restaurant, children’s park, water features and charging stations for electric cars.
